2.3 Big Ideas Productions means either Big Ideas Productions, Big Ideas Productions Limited Liability Corporation or another Big Ideas Productions subsidiary.

Keeping accounts related to any business or other activity carried on by the data controller, or deciding whether to accept any person as a customer or supplier, or keeping records of purchases, sales or other transactions for the purpose of ensuring that the requisite payments and deliveries are made or services provided by him or to him in respect of those transactions, or for the purpose of making financial or management forecasts to assist him in the conduct of any such business or activity.

The personal data may include: Financial details, goods or services provided.
The potential sources and recipients of this information include the following: Business associates and other professional advisers, employees and agents of the data controller, other companies in the same group as the data controller, suppliers, providers of goods or services, financial organizations and advisers, credit reference agencies, debt collection and tracing agencies and government.
4.4 In accordance with the U.S. Safe Harbor principles Big Ideas Productions will only use collected data for the purpose it was collected for originally unless we obtain consent to use it for a new purpose.
5.1 Big Ideas Productions may outsource the processing of Big Ideas Productions information to data processors, agents and service providers. We will do this only for a specific purpose and under a contract which will require the third party to act only on our instructions, to adhere to relevant privacy legislation, to keep the data secure and confidential.
5.2 Except as declared in this policy Big Ideas Productions will not transfer personal data to other entities without consent from the data subject unless Big Ideas Productions is legally required to do so, for example, by a court order or subpoena.
